Hey! I’m Paul — a pastor, coach, and someone who’s passionate about people knowing God and living out of true identity and purpose. I love helping others discover who they are as image bearers of God and what it looks like to bring that into their families, workplaces, and communities.
I care deeply about discipleship and growing in faith, and I believe real transformation happens when we walk with Jesus and step into the lives we were made for. Whether you’re navigating questions of calling, leadership, or everyday faith, I’d love to journey with you.
When I’m not coaching or pastoring, you’ll find me reading, watching or playing sport, enjoying a good craft ale, and spending time with my family — the people who keep me grounded and grateful.

As a visionary leader, pastor and inspirational speaker, I have worked substantially across the UK church, public and third sectors and have pioneered and developed multiple transformative initiatives, projects and organisations that empower people to bring change to their world. I founded Acts Trust, a charity in Lincoln supporting local people to end poverty; formed GLX, a community of people with a vocation to bring hope to the world through their work; and co-created Transform Lincoln, combining multiple networks across the city to bring social and cultural renewal to the area.
